Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth process. Our goal is to make returns as easy and straightforward as possible, so you can shop with confidence.

 How to return an item

  1. Check eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  2. Contact us: Email us at orders@osestore.com or call 636-239-6425 to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship your return: We will provide instructions on where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship your replacement promptly.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
