Shipping Policy

At Office Supply & Equipment, we strive to get your orders to you quickly, safely, and reliably. We are committed to providing clear and transparent information about our shipping process. Additionally, we explain how to track your shipment and what to do if there are any issues with your delivery.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.​

Shipping methods & carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.​

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and the size/weight of your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
